Job description:
Exp - 2+ to 5 Years
Location - Bangalore
Roles & Responsbilites :
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, administration, configuration, problem resolution and/or technical support for voice and data infrastructure related hardware and software.
• Communicates and coordinates network/security maintenance and schedules.
• Coordinates installation of hardware and software by others including outside vendors.
• Monitors and maintains network stability.
• Direct and build (staff, train, and maintain employee skill levels) the team that troubleshoots, repairs, and monitors customer's network and security services.
• Create, maintain, and enforce all processes and procedures for the team.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required and Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards work.
• Manage internal/external audit process to ensure compliance with all the processes.
Must Have Skills:
Working experience with Firewalls, Switches, Router, SDWAN, VPN, VOIP, WAN, LAN. (Fortinet, Cisco, and other vendors)
Experience with NMS tool, Web proxy, DC-DR architecture, IPS/IDS, Cloud Networking, NOC, WAF preferred.
• Certification: CCNA, CCNP or higher.
• Advanced/fluent English skills (written and verbal) and Strong communication skills.
Tech Skill 1: Firewall management (Preferred: Fortinet)
Tech Skill 2: Router and Switches Management (Preferred: Cisco)
Tech Skill 3: Web proxy (Preferred: Zscaler) and WAF (Preferred: Akamai)
