The Role:- Investigative Calling: Conduct primary research calls to gather human intelligence from industry sources. You must be comfortable navigating gatekeepers and building quick rapport.
- Market Monitoring: Keep a pulse on current market trends, corporate fraud, and ESG risks to provide context for investigations.
- Reporting: Distill complex, fragmented findings into clear, well-structured, academic-style reports for global clients.
- Case Ownership: Lead projects from initial research to the final strategic briefing.
Skills Required: - Street-Smart: You are a natural detective who knows how to find information, identify hidden links, and solve problems creatively.
- Great Communicator: You enjoy the art of the ask. You are persuasive on the phone and sharp on paper.
- Academic Background: Open to degrees in Journalism, English, Mass Comm, Economics, or Law. We value critical thinking and writing skills over a specific business degree.
- Business Savvy: You understand how the commercial world works and stay updated on global news.
- Experience: 13 years in journalism, primary research, or risk consulting.
Compensation:INR 5.0 5.5 LPA + Performance Bonus. Leveling is based on your investigative intuition, writing quality, and ability to handle high-stakes calls.
