Role Summary

The professional will be responsible for managing statutory compliance, contractual labour administration, leave & attendance governance, and HR audit compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of labour laws and hands-on experience in workforce compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage contractual labour compliance (PF, ESIC, wages, documentation).
  • Oversee leave & attendance records and coordinate payroll inputs.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain compliance registers and close audit observations within timelines.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR compliance & labour law management.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory regulations.
  • Experience in managing contractual workforce.
  • Good analytical and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
