Responsibilities -
- Act as an individual contributor and lead/coach the team technically.
- Able to provide consultancy & Solution to customer irrespective of product stack used.
- Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
- Identify toil and develop automated solution with reduced effort.
- Good at troubleshooting level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies.
- Experienced with AWS Cloud with CDK using Python.
- Hands-on with DevOps and pipeline using Github actions.
- Experienced with Python language
- Sound knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.
- Aware about end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls.
- Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level.
- Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities.
- Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation.
- Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
- Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues.
- Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
- Able to perform Disaster Recovery
- Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them.
- Be able to migrate connections from Cleo/FileGateway to GoAnywhere
