Key Responsibilities

• Undertake short-term and long-term projects to address business needs.
• Meet with management and staff to understand requirements and objectives.
• Collect data using interviews, surveys, and other methods.
• Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand problems or opportunities.
• Present findings and provide strategic recommendations to executives.
• Formulate and implement plans to address recommendations and overcome objections.
• Arrange or provide training and support to teams affected by organizational changes.
• Continuously evaluate solutions and make adjustments when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
