Role Overview: HCLTech is seeking a forward-thinking ServiceNow AI & CSM/FSM Specialist to lead the design and implementation , AI-powered solutions across various ServiceNow workflows. This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Now Assist, and IntegrationHub to build autonomous, scalable, and user-centric enterprise experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- HAnds on experience developing and configuring CSM & FSM application.
- Design and build custom applications using App Engine Studio and Scoped Applications.
- Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, RPA Hub, and IntegrationHub.
- Integrate Now Assist and Generative AI to enhance user interactions and automate content generation.
- Build intelligent, autonomous workflows using Agentic AI principles and ServiceNow's AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities by creating PoCs, demos, and technical documentation.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of custom applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and post-deployment.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including App Engine and Automation Engine.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CSM& FSM.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI tools.
- Understanding of Agentic AI and its application in building autonomous enterprise workflows.
