Consultant, Global Benefits

What the day will look like

  • Development of global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client's business objectives
  • Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits)
  • Provision of optimal benefit funding strategies and leading risk management solutions
  • Design and implementation of leading benefit technology solutions
  • Lead M&A due diligence and integration projects
  • Provide benefits data analytics advisory
  • Design and execution of health and wellness strategies
  • Pursue opportunities to articulate Aon's Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the market
  • Collaborate on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teams
  • Contribute to leveraging Aon's capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutions
  • Foster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well colleagues from Human Capital and Risk Capital team
  • Strategic account management for key Aon global benefit client relationships
  • Models clients focus excellence and responsible for mentoring and training junior consulting staff

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Degree in any relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant industry experience, e.g. regional benefits and/or employee's insurance consulting experience
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders
  • Multi-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions
  • Stakeholder and project management skills to support cross-border project.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Optional: financial services license or actuarial background.
