Roles & Responsibilities
- Execution of onshore audits for our member firms (i.e., liaising with member firms for providing audit support on their engagements).
- Ensure quality delivery for onshore engagement team.
- Ensure compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures.
- Work closely with the onshore in-charge / Manager / Director & Onshore audit client for execution of audit strategy.
Desired Profile
Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA 2-3 years of work experience in commercial sector or Assurance Services or in a similar environment (Assurance and Accounting firms) Having experience in IFRS and also industry related experience such as Technology, Media and Telecommunication(TMT), Manufacturing and Service sector.
Skill Set
- Have the ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrates high professional ethics
- Good understanding and hands on experience of Accounting Standards viz., Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a diverse, cross-functional, international environment and in different time-zones (need based)
- Adaptable, willing to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work without frequent direct supervision
