About Data Analytics (DA)
Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. What You Will Be Doing At Evalueserve
We are seeking a seasoned Data Science professional to lead advanced analytics initiatives in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud detection, risk analytics, predictive modeling, and applied AI, with proven experience in managing teams and delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for fraud detection, customer
- segmentation, and predictive analytics in the banking domain, risk scoring, credit
- modeling, and financial product recommendations.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and AI algorithms to solve complex business
- problems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support analytics projects and deliver data driven insights.
- Hands on experience of Generative AI and NLP techniques to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in data science and 3 years in banking/financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and machine learning
- frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with fraud analytics, risk modeling, clustering, and recommendation systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
