Key Responsibilities

• Maintain records in internal systems and Excel
• Validate documents and information as per client guidelines
• Conduct follow-ups via calls/emails with HR SPOCs, institutes, or candidates
• Coordinate with verification sources and internal teams
• Ensure timely closure of verification checks
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal English
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and target orientation
