Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement Oracle FCCS solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Build and manage metadata, design web forms, and perform data reconciliation.
- Create complex business rules for custom consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and cash flow automation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and dynamic calculations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and prepare necessary documentation including design documents and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with best practices in software development and project delivery methodologies.
Skills Required:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS
- Expertise in Oracle EPM Suite
- Knowledge of financial consolidation processes
- Experience in metadata management
- Ability to design business rules, data mapping, and calculations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Working knowledge of RDBMS (SQL/PLSQL)
- Experience with VB scripts
- Understanding of EPM automation and integrations
- Knowledge of dashboards, data reconciliation, and performance tuning
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, CA/CPA, MBA
