About the Role:
We are looking for a Consultant with expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) to join our dynamic team in Delhi. In this role, you will assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions, ensuring that our clients sales processes are optimized. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, recommend the best SAP SD solutions, and support them throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP SD Implementation: Lead and assist with the implementation of SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Delivery, and Shipment processes. Ensure that the system configuration aligns with business requirements.
- Solution Design: Analyze business processes and provide SAP SD solutions that are efficient and align with client goals. Design functional specifications and workflows within SAP SD.
- Customization and Configuration: Perform system configuration and customization of the SAP SD module, including integration with other SAP modules such as MM, WM, and FI.
- Testing and Support: Coordinate and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to SAP SD.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements. Provide support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the SAP solution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document configurations, customizations, and testing results. Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP SD and proactively identify opportunities for optimization in clients existing SAP environments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) solutions with a strong understanding of business processes related to sales, pricing, and distribution.
- SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, WM, FI).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues related to SAP SD and business processes.
- Client-Facing Experience: Experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions that address business needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and train end-users.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Certifications: SAP certification in SAP SD or relevant modules is a plus but not mandatory.
Education:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
