Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Data Analyst

In this role, you will be working with the client team to solve their data analytics and automation needs. In Addition, client is trying to leverage data science techniques using a newly acquired platform DataRobot to the build predictive models based upon tons of available enterprise data.DataRobot provides a simple, drag-and-drop web-based interface for building and deploying complex predictive models.But interpretation of these models and insights requires skills of a data scientist / engineer to harness this tool&rsquos capabilities fully and efficiently to the fullest.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Solve business problems using advanced data analytics tools like Python, R and GenAI/AI/ML solutions.

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with other client group members and stakeholders to provide data analytic support.

  
  

• 
  

  Executing data-driven processes by building models and frameworks that connect business unit drivers and forecast correct actions as per the business needs.

  
  

• 
  

  Evaluate automation opportunities suggested by the Service lines.

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain a prioritized backlog for development and implementation of automation solutions.

  
  

• 
  

  Fix bugs and enhance existing automation solutions.

  
  

• 
  

  End-to-end project management including day-to-day delivery, reporting, escalations etc.

  
  

• 
  

  Stakeholder management - Collaborate with client, tech teams and Genpact stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge sharing and mentoring team members to enable them to handle data projects more efficiently and effectively.

  
  

• 
  

  Be able to work in high pressure environment.
  

  
  

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• 
  

  Any Graduate

  
  

• 
  

  MBA / M. Tech(preferred)

  
  

• 
  

  Agile Certified - good to have.

  
  

• 
  

  Should have prior experience in Data analysis and automation.

  
  

Preferred qualifications

• 
  

  Strong Excel & VBA skills are a must.

  
  

• 
  

  Hands-on experience of DataRobot

  
  

• 
  

  Hands-on experience with advanced Python/R/SQL/ML

  
  

• 
  

  Data and Trend Analysis - Experience with predictive modelling techniques such as clustering, segmentation, linear & regression, random forest etc.

  
  

• 
  

  Working knowledge of GenAI is an added advantage.

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to design and build dashboards and other visualization in BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview or Power BI

  
  

• 
  

  Good communication skills & highlyproactive approach.

  Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables.

  Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools.

  Process orientated awareness of Lean Six Sigma.
