T&M Services Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Disability Project Expert to join our team as a Project-Based Consultant. The role involves providing expert guidance and field support for disability-focused initiatives under various government and donor-funded projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies for disability inclusion and rehabilitation projects.
- Conduct field visits, community assessments, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support in drafting project reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for field teams and partners.
- Coordinate with Government departments, NGOs, and community-based organizations.
- Ensure alignment with legal frameworks and national disability policies.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the disability sector and NGO work.
- Strong understanding of disability laws, rehabilitation, and inclusive development.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and at least one regional language.
- Willing to travel extensively within India.
Compensation:
