Role & Responsibilities
CSR Program Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor CSR initiatives and programs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
- Conduct due diligence of NGOs and community partners
Culture & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and promote a CSR culture within the organization
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and impact
- Conduct research to identify relevant social initiatives and opportunities for CSR investment
Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report CSR activities, outcomes, and impact
- Ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations and guidelines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent degree with 5+ years of experience in CSR activities
- Strong program management, research, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
