This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor, located in Gurugram. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, manage construction teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and conduct quality inspections. The role will also involve coordinating with project managers and addressing any on-site challenges to meet project deadlines and standards.

• Proven experience in Site Supervision and strong Supervisory Skills
• Excellent Communication and team management abilities
• Proficient in Inspection techniques and quality assurance during construction projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and standards
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Relevant certifications or a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus
