Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage and execute construction activities for a large-scale township project in Moradabad. The candidate will be responsible for on-site supervision, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring timely completion of civil works as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential, commercial, and infrastructure works within the township.
- Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth site operations.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Check and verify measurements, BOQs, and material consumption at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and update site records.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and provide practical solutions at site.
- Ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of construction materials.
- Support planning engineers and project managers in achieving project milestones.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices related to township projects (buildings, roads, drainage, utilities).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Hands-on experience in RCC, finishing works, and infrastructure development.
- Familiarity with site documentation, measurements, and billing support.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 47 years of relevant site execution experience, preferably in township or large residential projects.
- Willingness to work full-time at site in Moradabad.
