Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to plans, quality standards, and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising site teams, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with construction safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role may also involve coordinating with different teams and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to mentor and lead a team effectively
- Expertise in Site Supervision and Inspection to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and manage on-site personnel
- Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines
- Previous experience in construction projects is highly preferred
- Degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is beneficial
