Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Serilingampalli for a Construction Sales Manager. The candidate will manage client relationships, actively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and oversee the sales process to meet business goals. This role involves coordinating with project teams, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and provide regular reports on performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and convert leads into successful contracts
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer service aptitude
  • Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and competitive analysis for informed decision-making
