Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager, located in Chennai. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the coordination and management of construction projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, managing budgets, supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, maintaining schedules, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards on time and within budget.

• Strong expertise in Project Management and Construction Project Management
• Proficient in Construction Management, including supervising site operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Knowledge and experience in Project Coordination, including communication with clients, design teams, and contractors
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost estimation for construction projects
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Previous experience with sustainable construction practices is a plus
