Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Bengaluru. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. The role involves daily oversight of construction activities, site management, and handling project documentation. The manager will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Experience in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Construction Management
• Strong skills in Project Management
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
