Lead a landmark 4M sq. ft. mix-use development
Drive the execution of a oneofakind interiors project

Job Description

Lead endtoend project management for all interior fitout works within the development
Oversee execution of retail, hospitality, and commercial interior packages with strict adherence to quality, timelines, and safety
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Review technical drawings, material specifications, and conduct site audits to resolve design/execution conflicts
Drive contractor performance, manage budgets, track progress, and maintain high standards of workmanship
Mitigate risks, forecast project challenges, and implement corrective actions proactively
Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory requirements, and sustainability guidelines
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and progress updates for senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

15+ years of handson execution experience in interior fit-outs for large commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixeduse developments
Strong background in highvolume, fastpaced, multistakeholder project environments
Demonstrated ability to manage complex contractors, negotiate effectively, and maintain control on timelines
Deep technical expertise across interior finishes, MEP integration, sequencing, materials, and quality control
A highly structured professional with strong on-ground presence, solutionoriented, and executionfocused
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage crossfunctional teams and senior leadership
