Position: Construction Monitoring & Evaluation Expert
Job Location: Arunachal Pradesh, India
Role Objective
To oversee and evaluate construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs, project timelines, quality standards, safety norms, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate construction progress against approved schedules and milestones.
- Review contractor performance, methodologies, and deployment of resources.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality assurance procedures, and safety standards.
- Identify delays, risks, and performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare periodic monitoring reports, progress assessments, and evaluation summaries.
- Coordinate with international consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
- Support project management in decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in construction monitoring, supervision, or evaluation of large infrastructure projects.
- Experience in dam / hydropower projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools, progress tracking, and performance evaluation systems.
- Excellent reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
