Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead construction methods & planning for fast-track and complex projects such as tall buildings, hotels, and large institutional structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in the Gulf region where cutting-edge construction methodologies are employed. This role demands a strategic thinker with technical depth, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to drive value engineering and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender & Technical Review:
- Analyze tender documents and drawings
- Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications
- Construction Planning & Methodology:
- Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies
- Plan resources including labor and plant & machinery
- Prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to management and clients
- Design Coordination & Value Engineering:
- Collaborate with in-house design teams for construction-friendly designs
- Coordinate with external consultants for design/drawing alignment with client specifications
- Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Technology & Equipment Expertise:
- Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment
- Handle methodologies for complex structures including erection planning
- Site & Execution Support:
- Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions
- Work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Communication & Documentation:
- Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders

- Proven experience in Gulf countries with exposure to modern construction techniques
- Strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles
