About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale building projects, including Data Center developments. The role requires strong expertise in managing end-to-end construction activities, ensuring quality delivery, and driving project excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction activities for building projects, including data centers
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and timely delivery
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Monitor site progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Drive productivity and ensure efficient site operations
- Report project status to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in building construction projects
- Strong experience in commercial / institutional / data center building projects
- Proven leadership in handling large teams and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in India
- Tamil candidates preferred
