The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from beginning to completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards
- Resolve on-site issues and manage risks effectively
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors
