Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources efficiently
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor site progress and proactively resolve construction-related challenges
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and workforce
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Track project costs and control expenses within approved budgets
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and records
• Handle client coordination, meetings, and progress reviews
• Manage risks, delays, variations, and change orders
• Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality execution
