Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Construction Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to drive project success and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-13 years of experience in construction management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
