Adani Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with 12-20 years of experience in the construction industry to oversee and manage full life cycle of construction projects in Lucknow, UP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction phases from early development to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.
Experience:
- 12-20 years of experience in the construction industry preferred in aviation section project .
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects
- Proven experience in overseeing project budgets and schedules
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders .
- Managing contractor and subcontractor activities, reviewing work quality, and ensuring adherence to project requirements
- Tracking project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and reporting regularly to senior management
- Ensuring all permits and licenses are obtained and inspections are scheduled and passed
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Implementing and maintaining quality control programs
- Overseeing health and safety on the site, making sure that regulations are adhered to
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Construction Management (preferred)
Certification required:( Preferred )
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Construction Manager Certification (CMC) is a plus
