We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Inspector to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in construction inspection, ensuring that projects are completed according to specifications, codes, and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications before construction begins.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on the progress and quality of work.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to address any issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation of findings and recommendations.
- Ensure that all materials used meet the required standards and specifications.
- Monitor the work of contractors to ensure compliance with contracts and relevant regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
