Roles & Responsibilities: The Construction Engineering Expert 1 is responsible for the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BMI) and Digital Engineering execution plans, project setup, model production, coordination and help establish digital delivery specific workflows for collaborations and data exchange
Job Description :- Develops, leads and assists project teams in BIM project set up.
- Develops and delivers structured BIM models for projects within Assets Affairs operations.
- Implements BIM training modules for key staff and maintain training course ware.
- Participates in the process of developing BIM standards for projects across Assets Affairs. Develops and maintains relevant database and libraries
- Provides guidance and assistance with design projects to ensure they are setup and progress optimally, and teams are using BMI appropriately.
- Ensures that the implementation of BMI plans and processes (3D (visual) project visualization, 4D (time) planning and scheduling construction activities, 5D (cost) estimating budget and tracking costs, 6D (operation) operation and facility maintenance from construction to completion, 7D (sustainability) estimating and reducing energy consumption, and 8D (safety) drawing emergency plans and preventing safety issues) aligns with Assets Affairs BIM strategy and links appropriately with the wider business.
- Develops procedures to facilitate sharing of content and knowledge throughout Assets Affairs.
Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or other construction-related area
