We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 9-11 years of experience to oversee our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction processes, ensuring quality and compliance, and leading teams to successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status to Management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 9-11 years of experience in construction in the role of Project Manager.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
