Consolidation Manager

We're Hiring | Manager / Senior Manager – Consolidation & Financial Reporting (Ind AS)

Industry: Electronics Manufacturing

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 6+ years post-qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

CTC: Up to 35 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group consolidation and financial reporting under Ind AS.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and multi-plant financial closing.
• Coordinate statutory audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare consolidated MIS, variance analysis and management reports.
• Drive process automation and strengthen financial controls.

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Ind AS and multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, EMS or automotive sectors preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO and advanced Excel.
• Exposure to statutory audits and Big 4 firms preferred.
