| Manager / Senior Manager – Consolidation & Financial Reporting

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 6–8 years post-qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation under Ind AS.

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.

• Handle intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and multi-plant financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act requirements.

• Coordinate statutory audits and strengthen internal financial controls.

• Prepare MIS reports and support management reporting.

Key Skills: Ind AS, financial consolidation, statutory audits, SAP FICO, advanced Excel, and group financial reporting.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, electronics, automotive, or consumer durables are preferred. Big 4 audit and MNC reporting experience will be an advantage.
