Purpose &Role of the Position
Assistant Manager – Accounts Consolidation will support the Senior Manager in managing group-level consolidation and
reporting activities, ensuring compliance with multiple accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS, US GAAP), and assisting in acquisition-related accounting. The role will involve preparation of
consolidationschedules, harmonization of accounting policies, and coordination with auditors and global finance teams.
Key objectives:
- Assist in acquisition accounting, including Purchase Price Allocation and Goodwill determination.
- Prepare consolidation schedules and notes forIND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP reporting.
- Support harmonization of group accounting policies across entities.
- Coordinate audits fordifferent entities and ensure MCA compliance.
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of
consolidation tools.
- Prepare segment disclosures and statutory schedules for printed accounts.
- Support accounting andaudit of newSingapore and Indian entities formed for the acquisition
Educational Qualifications
Cost &Management Accountant (CMA)
Work Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and audit coordination
- Exposure to multi-GAAP environments (IND AS, IFRS,US GAAP) preferred
- Experience in ERPsystems and consolidation tools
Knowledge &Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/consolidation software
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to managetimelines and workunder pressure
