Job Description

Designation - Conservation Architect

Location: Bhubaneshwar and Puri

Experience: 05 years (Conservation preferred)

Qualifications: Master's in Conservation (Architecture)

Responsibilities:

Documentation, Photography, condition mapping and assessment of heritage properties

Preparing working drawings and tender documents

Preparing conservation plans, overseeing ongoing restoration and conservation projects. Maintain documentation and records of projects, research materials etc.

Collaborate with architects, historians, and engineers to ensure high-quality conservation outcomes.

Research and write reports and proposals.

Prepare BoQ/estimates. Attend meetings.

Visit Sites Periodically/Regularly.

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about architectural heritage, conservation theory & practice.

Strong documentation, drafting (AutoCAD/Revit), and visual communication skills.

Good understanding of materials, historic fabrics and conservation standards.

Enthusiastic team player with curiosity for research and field work.
