SAP FI/CO Expertise

Provide functional and technical leadership in SAP FI/CO modules, with a deep understanding of cross-functional integration points and business processes.

S/4HANA Knowledge

Apply and deepen knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Financials. Experience with or willingness to further explore new capabilities in S/4HANA is essential.

SAP Technology Exposure

Utilize knowledge or experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform, and modern SAP tools and protocols to support transformation initiatives.

Integration Understanding

Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP internal and external integrations including IDocs, OData protocols, and Web Services.

Development and ABAP Awareness

While ABAP development is not part of core duties, basic understanding of ABAP is seen as an added advantage.

Solution Design and Requirement Transformation

Translate business requirements into clear and effective solution proposals using design thinking or service design principles.

IT Service Management

Manage IT services across vendors and stakeholders, including change management, development operations, and continuous service improvement.

Teamwork and Global Collaboration

Work effectively in global and cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent collaboration and communication across regions and departments.

Documentation and Presentation

Produce high-quality documentation, visualizations, and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership and Stress Management

Lead initiatives or project streams with a proactive and goal-oriented approach. Manage workload and priorities effectively in demanding situations.

Communication Skills

Communicate fluently in English, with the ability to explain complex technical matters to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
