Job Description

  • Lead and coach a team of 12-15 Internal Recruiters and Coordinators.
  • Build capability to manage high-volume internal hiring across global markets.
  • Embed TA standards, mobility principles, and service excellence.
  • Manage team workload and performance based on global hiring demand.
  • Shape internal hiring and mobility strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Guide leaders on internal hiring, career progression, and talent deployment.
  • Provide insights on mobility trends, internal talent pools, and capability gaps.
  • Own global governance for internal hiring and job posting frameworks.
  • Ensure process compliance and identify policy gaps.
  • Manage risks related to internal movement and hiring decisions.
  • Drive adoption of global tools, processes, and transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant experience leading in-house TA teams in global or multi‑region environments.
  • Experience managing high-volume, complex internal hiring or mobility at scale.
  • Proven leadership of recruiting teams, including capability building and coaching.
  • Strong partnership skills with HR and business leaders to influence mobility strategies.
  • Strong analytical capability with data-led decision-making.
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and policy requirements for internal hiring.
