The Role

As a Conference Producer, you will own the end-to-end creation of high-quality conferences—from ideation to execution. You'll work at the intersection of content, strategy, and stakeholder management, ensuring every event delivers value, engagement, and impact.

What You'll Do

• Research industry trends to build insight-driven agendas and themes
• Identify, invite, and manage speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts
• Collaborate with speakers to shape session topics and narratives
• Create compelling session content and event positioning
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Support audience engagement and outreach initiatives
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple event deliverables

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B conferences, content, or event production
• Strong research, communication, and storytelling skills
• Experience in speaker acquisition and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
