Conference Producer

We're looking for a dynamic and research-driven professional to lead speaker acquisition / conference producer for our upcoming conferences/ events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging industry trends, hot topics, and thought leadership themes.

2. (Optional) Assist in shaping conference agendas and content strategies in line with market insights.

3. Identify, reach out to, and onboard high-profile speakers and subject matter experts from the relevant industries.

4. Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing,production) to ensure seamless execution of speaker sessions.

Education and Skill set :

1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field

2. 2 - 5+years experience as aConference Produceror speaker acquisition,

3. In-depth knowledge ofconference productionprocesses and best practices

4. Strong research and analytical skills to identify industry trends and topics

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with speakers and stakeholders

6. Exceptional project management abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously

7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and attendee satisfaction
