Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Producer for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end development and execution of industry-leading conferences and events. Your primary duties will include conducting in-depth market research, identifying trending and relevant topics, acquiring high-profile speakers, managing event logistics, and overseeing the overall production process to deliver high-impact, content-rich experiences. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of content creation, industry networking, and event management within a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, topics, and key issues relevant to the apparel and fashion industry
  • Develop conference agendas and secure influential industry leaders as speakers and panelists
  • Manage speaker communications and ensure alignment with event themes and goals
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams for seamless event logistics, marketing, and production
  • Oversee the successful execution of conferences from concept through post-event analysis
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments to inform content planning
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, associations, and business leaders

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in conference production, event management, or B2B media
  • Strong skills in market research, speaker acquisition, and content curation
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform effectively under tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
