Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Manage ingredients, raw materials, and inventory efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of every item.
- Handle equipment carefully and maintain them in working condition.
- Collaborate with the team for menu innovation and special product ideas.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Hands-on experience in confectionery, bakery, or dessert preparation.
- Understanding of temperature control, chocolate tempering, and ingredient mixing.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload during rush hours.
- Basic English-speaking ability (should be able to communicate simple instructions in English).
- Must be disciplined, reliable, and willing to learn new recipes or styles.
Qualifications:
