Responsibilities
- Conduct regular condition monitoring of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute maintenance activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on equipment condition and maintenance activities.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to assess equipment performance.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on condition monitoring practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in condition monitoring or predictive maintenance.
- Proficient in vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasound techniques.
- Strong understanding of machinery and equipment used in industrial settings.
- Familiarity with condition monitoring software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
