Role Definition

Provides first line of support, coordination of services, problem resolution and/or recommendations on selected products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor machine health data using telematics and analytics tools to identify early indicators of performance or reliability issues.
  • Analyse operational trends and event patterns to detect abnormal behaviour and proactively highlight potential risks.
  • Provide clear, actionable maintenance recommendations that help reduce downtime and improve overall asset performance.
  • Develop and deliver concise reports and dashboards that translate technical data into easytointerpret insights for stakeholders.

Degree And Experience Required

B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech-5 to10years

  • Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.
  • Monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis.
  • Alerts own team to problems in client satisfaction.
  • Differentiates the roles and responsibilities in a business relationship.
  • Works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.
