Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage concrete admixture sales to customers, including builders, contractors, and developers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, trade shows, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, admixture sales, construction chemicals, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, paints etc..
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
