Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct concrete mix design, material testing, and admixture trials to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical sales support by offering solutions based on customer needs and budget constraints.
- Offer techno-commercial services to clients, including site visits for ready mix concrete delivery.
- Perform trial runs at sites to ensure proper curing times and quality control measures are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to concrete technology.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in the building materials industry, preferably in a similar role (concrete technologist executive).
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
- Strong understanding of concrete mix design principles, material testing procedures, and admixture applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to Relocate
