About the Role

We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to design, develop, and deploy real-time Vision AI systems for robotics and industrial automation. This role involves full ownershipfrom dataset engineering and AI model development to DeepStream-based deployment, ROS integration, and edge GPU optimization.

You will work on production-grade vision systems deployed on conveyor belts, gantry robots, and robotic cells, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Vision AI Deployment & DeepStream

Build and deploy end-to-end Vision AI pipelines using NVIDIA DeepStream

Integrate multi-camera sources, stream synchronization, and RTSP outputs

Deploy YOLO-based detection & segmentation models

Integrate Vision pipelines with ROS / ROS2

Containerize solutions using Docker

Implement CI/CD pipelines for models and deployments

Enable remote monitoring and debugging

AI Model Development

Develop, train, and optimize YOLO-based models

Perform edge GPU optimization (latency vs accuracy)

Convert models to ONNX and TensorRT

Benchmark accuracy, latency, and resource utilization

Monitor real-world performance and retrain models

Automation Software Stack

Develop scalable Vision + AI automation software stacks

Implement data logging frameworks for audit and retraining

Provide APIs/services for system integration

Maintain deployment and dataset documentation
