We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineers with 2-4 years of experience who are eager to work on challenging real-world problems, build scalable AI pipelines, and grow into future technical leaders.
Responsibilities
As a Computer Vision Engineer, you'll work and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our Computer Vision models that power AI automation solutions.
- Develop and deploy Computer Vision models for applications like object detection, tracking, segmentation, and visual inspections.
- Work on image and video data pipelines, handling data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation workflows.
- Support in model training, evaluation, and optimization, ensuring models meet performance benchmarks for accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with junior engineers on model deployment to edge/cloud environments.
- Participate in code reviews, internal discussions, and brainstorming sessions, learning best practices for production-grade AI systems.
- Take ownership of smaller modules and tasks within larger AI solution projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field from a top-tier institute.
- 2-4 years of experience in computer vision.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on exposure to YOLO, PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenCV, and relevant CV libraries.
- Solid understanding of Computer Vision fundamentals: object detection, image segmentation, tracking, and image processing.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, augmentation, and basic model evaluation techniques.
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Experience with vision-based automation in the manufacturing industry.
- Exposure to Generative AI workflows.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and building multi-modal AI pipelines.
