Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer To Plate (CTP) Machine Operator cum Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CTP machines along with design skills to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with design teams and ensure the smooth operation of the printing process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Computer To Plate (CTP) machines for printing processes.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials by performing regular machine checks and maintenance.
• Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the printing process.
• Maintain records of production and machine performance, reporting any discrepancies or abnormalities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience operating CTP machines in a print production environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of pre-press processes and printing technologies.
• Knowledge of color management and print production workflows.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CTP equipment.
