Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Computer Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in Pune. The Computer Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, performing computer maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and conducting repairs. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing technical problems, resolving system errors, and ensuring optimal functioning of operating systems and computer systems.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively
• Computer Maintenance and Computer Repair skills to ensure proper functioning and longevity of devices
• Proficiency with Operating Systems for installation, configuration, and support
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues
